Samsung’s Galaxy Note 4 is surely going to sport a new form factor
This Phone suppose to be comes with a 20 MP rear camera, and a Heart beat scanner. As similar to S5, this phone comes with different colors. As seen the recent leak picture, the Note 3 may have the same leather finish back cover. This flagship phone may have a QHD display at 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution. In performance, we can aspect that this phone will be top in performance list, with new 64 bit Samsung Exynos processor. The LTE variant will have Qualcomm quad core CPU with >2.5 GHzs .
As some of the recent leak suggest that the smartphone that was displayed in at release of Note 3 is actually a Note 4. If this is Note 4, that this is a revolutionary design, and this must take Samsung smartphone a step ahead of all phones.
Some rumors suggest that Note 4 has an improved finger scanner. And some say that this time the finger scanner will be embedded into the touch display. Hope that we will see something new in Note 4.

Samsung has recently launched the Samsung Galaxy S5, with amazing features at at price tag of 51,500 rupees. This device has water resistance certification. This is first flagship phone with water resistance. Earlier Samsung had made one of the S4 variant to be water resistance, that is S4 active. Some of the peoples those are waiting from large time were disappointed with the design. But in terms of hardware, this is best phone on the earth.
Now Samsung is launching Galaxy S5 mini, which was seen on its official New Zealand website. According to the site the Galaxy S5, S5 mini or the S4 Active loses warranty if it is submerged in water for more than 30 minutes. This text confirms the making of the Galaxy S5 mini smartphone. Rumors is that, the Galaxy S5 mini comes with a 4.5-inch Super AMOLED display at 1280×720 pixel resolution with Snapdragon 400 processor, 1.5GB RAM and features an 8MP rear camera, 2MP front camera, 2000 mAh battery. Let’s see when Samsung were launching this device. And definitely India will get this phone, whenever it will be launched in others of country.

The display assembly for Galaxy S5 only cost 4612 Indian rupees, which is near to 75 US $. whereas the display assembly for S4 cost around 6250 INR (100$). So you can see that, Samsung has scale down the display in the new S5 phone. Maybe there will be some on the cheap technology used in manufacturing the display. In the Samsung receipt, you can see that the cost of sub PBA is around 1852 INR (30$). This is quite costly. This SUB PBA board contain the main USB port, capacitive buttons, 3G antenna points, and main home button. The cost is quite high, as compare to number of parts on the board. The first one on the list is GH81-12060A. This is rework assembly, this contain 10 black screws, 3 white screws and adhesive sticker for LCD, parts and boards. It’s all cost me around 7618 to reconfigure the phone.
What you should do if your phone drops in water?
And how to recover phone?
What is physics underneath it?
One question that asked several times to me is that what’s to do, when phone drop in water, tea, coffee or something similar or these things are poured onto the phone. Is this damage yours phone? You will shock to know that, water is a main component used in fabrication of these phones and its tiny components and ICs. So why these phone, damages with water? And, how will you recovered damaged phones?
In this video I will show you how the water damages the component on the board. And why Samsung is more resistive to this damage. The IC’s on Samsung phone are sealed. And there is less probability of entering water underneath the IC. The BGA ICs are more sensitive to water. You will shock to know that these IC are cleaned with water before packaging. So why water create problem here. The problem is created by water itself. During fabrication De ionised water is taken whose conductivity is very low. But the water that we use in our home has sufficient conductivity. And when it stuck under these IC’s, the BGA connects are shorted. This will damage the IC or the component attached to these IC’s. In worse condition the water underneath boils due to power voltage across the BGA balls. And that expansion torn the IC’s pin-outs from the board. So only drying the board, completed the recovery process. You have to take out all of the water underneath the ICs. This can’t be done, either by putting phone in Rice or Tea, or by compressed air. Now there is one catch here, dry the board in your hand this will limit the temperature. Because excessive heat boils the water underneath the IC and thus create a pressure underneath IC, this will, either break IC or torn the contact pads on PCB. So go slowly.
In final part of video I reassembled the phone. And put the battery. And put the cover back. Now we have questions for you.

This is great feature for playing games on this phone, with one hand one can handle the control, and with another one can go for shots. Sometime the capacitive touch of Samsung phones becomes over responsive. This makes this ghost touch effect. You can see the touch bug, hey S5 I had put only 5 fingers on you and you are displaying 9 to 10.

CPU-Z shows the details of the device, this phone has ARM cortex a15 CPU at 1.30 GHz’s. This has 8 cores. Clock speed is from 500 MHz to 1.30 GHz’s. Core 0 to 3 is from fastest CPU at 1200 MHz’s, and core 4 to 7 is from slowest. The slowest one is at 800 MHz’s. The total CPU load is 9 %. GPU vendor is ARM, and it is Mali T628. The scaling governor is inter-active. In system tab the model number, SM-G900H k3gxx, build number is KOT49H.G900HXXU1ANCI. Android is 4.4.2. The kernel version is 3.10.9-1183700. The screen resolution is 1920 in to 1080 and in DP it is 360 into 640, the total pixel density is 480. Total RAM is 1865 MB. Out of that 536 MB is free, that is 28 %. The internal storage is 11.57 GB. Out of that 10.42 is free that is 90 %. And there is no root access. In battery tab, the Health is good, level at 47 %, power source battery, status discharging, temperature is 36.1 degree. This phone has acceleration, gyroscope, magnetic, Barometer, proximity, RGB, Step detector, motion, rotation, orientation, HRM, gravity and some others sensor the list is too big.

Antutu doesn’t update their database, and there is no S5. Here S5 is displayed by model number. Antutu benchmarks gives 35829 score to S5. This is highest among the entire present device. Note 3 is below this.

The Viewing angle:
The display angle, as you can see that there is no problem in viewing the screen at extreme wide angle. The display is visible from all of side of the phone, so this phone has nice viewing angle and this is good for playing gyroscopic games. As you can see the viewing angle, display is visible till to extreme viewing angle,
Temple Run 2:
There is no problems in playing temple run 2 on S5, there is no hang, no lag and the viewing angle is great. Thanks to great viewing angle that this game works on tilted display (tilted display is used to collect coins)
In conclusion the galaxy S5 is on the top of the list, in the performance rating, till now no phone on earth can challenge the S5 in performance. Only two problems exist in this phone, one is the design and another is the cost. If we ignore these two problems, the Samsung galaxy S5 is top on smartphone list.

7. Hot air gun, to loose adhesive
Make sure S5 is completely off before proceeding. Remove back cover, battery, 3 screws on the back cover, plastic, Home button/finger scanner connector. Make sure not to damage the back Bessel. To separate the glass from the Bessel, use hot air to lose the adhesive. Now use the plastic card to lift the glass, Samsung has used, different adhesive here to hold the glass. I had broken my display. The glass screen is separated out.
Unscrew 10 screws on Bessel, and lift the centre board. There is no way to take out the earpiece, if it get damaged, whole Bessel must be replaced. Lift main board and then bottom board from centre board. Remove home button or finger print sensor from front glass.
Lots of components, parts and metal shield on the board. Use plastic to lift up the metal shield.

These parts list here are used in making Galaxy S5. Right now, very few parts are revealed in market and if we approximate the actual cost is near around 300 US dollar, that is equivalent to 19 thousand Indian rupees, the LCD cost 100 $, the main board 150 $, home button 10 $, bottom PCB 2$, battery 10$, other parts 30$, so total cost may be around 300$. The Indian reseller got this unit at 38 thousand, and user pays 50 thousands for that. So one can amazon the actual cost of S5.
To assemble S5, start by motherboard, first of put all shields, then rear camera and then front camera. Now put the bottom board on centre board, then the main board. Now put the centre part to the main Bessel and then put the menu key back to glass and then 10 screws back. Now Put LCD back to main Bessel. Put the 3 screws back. Now put the battery and back cover, and turn on this phone.
So in conclusion, it is thought to tear down the galaxy S5. Unfortunately while making this video I had broken my LCD and USB charging PCB. So my request to all of you, don’t try this at home, until it is important, BCD tech is not responsible for any damaged that you can do with your phone.
