My Personal Experience on 25-09-2018 evening at 8:00 PM on Desh Bandhu Road near Hotel Today.
Two unknown person snatches my mobile phone from front pocket and ran away inside the streets. I had seen there faces and also know the exact location of there places. But due to inaccuracy in GPS position of 10-50 meters, It is very difficult to trace the mobile in streets and houses.
