Freedom 251 is being launched by the India-based new companyRinging Bells Pvt. Ltd. This device has a 4″ qHD IPS Display with a resolution of 960 x 540. On the inside is 1.3 GHz Quad-Core (Mediatek) 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage with microSD expandability of up to 32GB. There is 3.2 MP rear camera with autofocus, a VGA 0.3 MP front camera, a 1450mAh battery and dual-SIM 3G support. This phone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop, and will come with a bunch of preloaded apps.
